It can be quite stressful when trying to look after a sick fish so here re mortgage some hints and tips to help you get it right.

What many people don't realize are that Betta fish can be very selective about what they eat. Sure those Betta pellets are ok but live food like bloodworms or brine shrimp are better. You can even feed them frozen brine shrimp or frozen bloodworms.

When fish are overfed they expel more waste and Betta fish are no exception to this. The more waste in your tank the unhealthier your Betta fish becomes. So always remember to remove any excess or injury lawyers 4 you food left over. If not it will soon start to go off and start causing your fish problems.

Betta fish hate eating from the bottom of the tank and prefer to eat from the top half. So how do you get them to do that? Well you should try to let them see the food from outside of the Pop Rocks first. Let them have a good nosey at it and then add a little bit into the water right in front of them. Once they have eaten it have a quick look at their stomachs. Does it look like it did before? If so add a bit more food but a bit less than you added previously.

Normally your Betta fish will go for the food right away but if they don't, keep an eye on where the food sinks to in his tank. If after twenty minutes the food is still there remove it from the tank. Remember that mucky water will affect your fish so change it if it gets like that. You should at least change part of the water every week even if it looks ok. You must also watch out for harmful bacteria in your Betta fish tank. Some bacteria in the aquarium will be good for it but too much will threaten your fish's health. Check the levels of ammonia and nitrite in the tank regularly too because if they get too high this will also life ins quotes your fish. Use a water testing kit for checking this. Your pet store should be able to advise you on the correct way to use it.

Feeding your Betta fish during their pre-spawning period also takes careful consideration. You can feed them a wider variety of foods such as fruit flies or mosquito larvae. Try to use live food where at all possible. Adult Betta fish can be fed up to four times a day when they are getting closer to go in their spawning tank.

Once your baby Betta's (fry) have hatched you can start feeding them about five days later. Feed them several times a day with things like baby brine shrimp, maybe a bit of boiled egg (the yolk not the white). Make sure the pieces are very small.

For a more in depth guide on Betta Fish Care simply visit bettafishcare.bloghttp://bettafishcare.blog

How to Make Your Own Beats 1, If You Don't Have GarageBand!

Learning how to make beats is not something that can be covered in one single article. But consolidate student debt isn't rocket science either. In this mini series I'll give some tips on how to get started, the basic equipment you'll need and the proper attitude needed to successfully make beats.

Chapter 1 The Mentality

-Practice, practice, practice. If one aims to master the sword.

If you have been making beats for a while or just started then ask yourself how serious are you about it. Ferrel aaa car insurance quote many years practicing his craft and so did every successful producer like college student loan consolidation West and Dr. Dre. Dre is so serous about his craft that he wouldn't Beta Blockers even his son work at his studio until he didn't study the art of recording.

Nobody sat down in front of a sequencer and started turning hits right away. Like the guitar, the drums and the bass; getting good at making beats takes skills, patience and perseverance. But like the instruments mentioned before when you enjoy playing music the work feels great.

-Use a Reference

It is always surprising how many aspiring producers and musicians miss this one. The first thing the highest paid engineers here in L.A. do before starting a mixing session is blast a really good CD on the studio's monitors and Apply for the Discover Student Card today! to get a vibe going. What really is happening is that a successful sound already produced is being ingrained in your psyche and you'll be more in tune to go for that level of quality.

Believe me, every successful producer and engineer reference everything they do. I happened to know of a particular instance when Kanye spent 2/3's of a studio session just browsing through CD's searching for the right sound to sample. Before you start making that beat put your favorite track on whatever player or software you are using and identify what is it about that beat you like.

If you are more experienced go even farther and sample a part of it and use it in your production. Another great technique is to place the track in a separate channel, blatantly try to reproduce it and then drop it. Your skills can greatly improve by doing this alone. How many of us learned to play the guitar by copying everything Jimi Hendrix did note for note.

With your head in the right place, the technical aspect shouldn't be intimidating at all.

 domainChapter 2, The Equipment

domainLearn How To Make Beats By Watching Simple Videos!

What Type Of Oily Skin Do You Actually Have?

There self cert loans various types of skin. Hawaii offers so much to the student of English when you think about it, like perfect weather, romantic walks along the Gourmet Cheese palm trees and coconuts and pineapples, surfing, hiking and biking, unsurpassed beauty, their culture, hula dancing, and steel-string guitar music.

There are a number of schools where you can study English in Hawaii, including universities, community colleges, and private schools. The colleges and universities require a long term commitment from students, an F-1 visa, and tuition can be expensive; whereas the smaller private English language schools offer more flexibility, short term studies, smaller classes, and they are often cheaper. One new private school, Hawaii Palms English School, which is located in the heart of Waikiki Beach just a three-minute walk to the beach, deserves special attention. Other better known schools like Global Village and ICC are located next to Ala Moana Shopping Center about a 25 minute walk to Waikiki Beach by comparison.

Clearly, it has the best car cheap insurance of any language school in Hawaii. The school is convenient and safe and within walking distance of all the hot spots in and around Waikiki Beach. It is close to shopping, restaurants, the post office, cafes, and of course, world famous Waikiki Beach.

Hawaii Palms is a small school and offers special attention to its students, but what makes the school really stand out is its outstanding curriculum and top-notch teaching staff. mortgage loans visiting the school recently I was impressed by the quality of the teaching staff. Most of the teachers have higher degrees, some of them teach at neighboring universities like the University of Hawaii, and all of the teachers had years of experience teaching English as a second language to students around the world.

The smaller schools are able to offer the English language student short term programs that are not as expensive as one might expect for Hawaii. The refinance my home of a 9 week Intensive English Program at this school, for example, was only $1450 and that includes textbooks. What's more, all the schools offer to help students find accommodations during their stay in Hawaii.

If you want to learn English, why not choose Hawaii? You will not only be surprised by Hawaii's affordability, but you can also look forward to an impressive array of activities that many schools simply cannot offer. Most of these activities involve their natural beauty, its warm clear blue ocean, and the tropical plants and flowers which make this truly a paradise. You can learn a traditional activity like surfing, hula dancing, and ukulele; or you can take a walk on the wild side and try sky diving, scuba diving, kayaking, tropical hiking and camping. It is well known for its sunshine, palm trees, and perfect weather every day of the year. It's an ideal place to go if you want to learn English.

Why wouldn't you look into studying English in Hawaii?

William Perkins is an English language teacher who teaches English in Waikiki Beach, Hawaii. Learn more about how to EnglishSchoolHawaiistudy English in Hawaii by reading his "Study English In Hawaii Handbook" which you can get for free when you opt-in at his website.

Simple Organic Methods To Combat Pests In Your Veggie Garden

Organic gardeners always prefer to use methods that have the least negative effect on the environment. By growing strong healthy plants we eliminate the threat of having large scale pest invasions. But when some pest populations do build up Get Equifax Score Watch Now! our garden we should be asking "how can I encourage more predators?", rather than "what should I do about all these pests?"

For every pest you have in excess there is at least one, and probably many predators that would happily relieve you of the excess. Sometimes is takes predator populations a little longer to build than it does the pest it feasts on, so give it a little time before pulling out the big guns - insecticides.

Remember that 'organic' does not mean less poisonous and that most sprays are indiscriminate. Bearing that in mind, here are some organic ways to deal with a few persistant bug problems.

Bug Juice - A very effective insecticide. Collect an assortment of pests - grasshoppers are excellent - from wherever you are having pest problems in your garden. Liquefy them in a blender with the addition of about a third of the volume of bugs. Strain and dilute to about 5ml of bug juice per 1litre of water. Spray on affected plants.

Snails and Slugs. Fortunately there are a few easy ways to deal with these ravenous creatures as they can devour your tender seedlings Ritalin Ducks are great snail and slug hunters and will delight wandering around the garden in search and destroy mode. The only minor damage you can expect is from their heavy feed, but they'll generally not eat your greens as house insurance quotes would. Of course you can collect the snails and slugs and throw them to your chooks if you keep them - they'll be delighted! The best time for collection is dawn and dusk when it is moist. You can also make this job easier by having cardboard or similar on the ground where they will gather.

If you don't have chooks or ducks another method is similar to the bug juice above. You need to gather some snails and/or slugs into a container with some sugar and water. Allow it to ferment for a few days then place in the blender. You can dilute it with water if you don't have much 'juice' and sprinkle it around problem areas.

Another method is to make a coffee spray. This works by spraying it thoroughly on and around the seedlings you want to protect. When the snails or slugs cross areas that have been sprayed they absorb the caffeine and die. Dilute one part strong espresso coffee to 10 parts hot water. When it's cool, pour into a spray bottle and spray on plants that you want to protect and the immediate area around them.

Then there's the time honoured traditional snail catcher - yes, the car insurance cheap in the jar trap. Partly fill a jar with beer (stale of course, you don't want to waste the good stuff) and lay it on its side where they are most active. They are attracted to the beer, get drunk and die. What a way to go! An alternative to this is vegemite dissolved in water. They are attracted to the yeast.

Mealy bugs look like white, fluffy slaters. They are sap-sucking insects that cause leaves to wilt and go yellow. You may find them feasting away on your fruiting plants and ornamentals such as palms, ferns, orchids and succulents.

They prefer the sheltered conditions of a glass house or indoors. Mealy bugs exude a sweet, sticky substance called honeydew which can lead to sooty Prozac fungus and ants (ants feed on the honeydew).

The best way to deal with them is to prune off the most damaged parts of the plant and then kill any remaining bugs by dabbing them with a cottonwool ball dipped in methylated spirits. This will dissolve their waxy protective coating, they will dehydrate and die.

Scale are sucking insects that feed on plant sap. They form in thick clusters on the leaves and soft growth of many garden plants. They also produce honeydew as a waste by-product of their feeding. Heavy infestations can cause stunted growth and wilting.

If you only have a small infestation you can scrape them off your plant with your fingernail or a toothbrush. Larger numbers can be sprayed with a solution of homemade oil spray. You can also use the oil spray to eliminate citrus leaf-miner and red spider mite. When you coat them thoroughly, the pests are suffocated by the oil.

Home-made oil spray.

1. Add 500ml of vegetable oil to 250ml of pure liquid soap to a bowl.

2. Mix together in a blender and then store in a jar.

3. Dilute 1tablespoon in 1litre of water. Spray, making sure you get under all the leaves.

Have kitchen utensils and a blender that are dedicated specifically for the purpose of spray preparation. Use all sprays with extreme caution and do not eat from any plant that has been sprayed for at least two weeks.

Hi, I am an avid organic gardener and am known by my friends as the recycling queen. Part IV

For many fishermen, fishing in Alaska means one thing....Halibut.

I love Halibut.

Especially steamed and grilled, with a tasty baked potato and an ice cold beverage!

As far as fishing for Halibut, well, that is a different car free insurance online quote mainly because I had never done it.

Now, most people I had talked to that had ventured out to sea to catch Halibut, have likened the experience to reeling in a "barn door" from the ocean floor, which doesn't exactly conjour up thoughts of epic battles with leaping Marlin. For me, I somehow had the vision of wrestling with an oversized mattress up a narrow flight of stairs.

A lot of colorful language and struggling.

With their sizes ranging anywhere from fifteen pound "chickens" to four hundred pound--or better-- behemoths, the "door" selection was more varied than the homebuilding section at the Home Depot.

Still, Greg and I were in Alaska, and to pass up a Halibut trip out of the self-proclaimed Halibut capital of the world- Homer-- would be like traveling to China and not seeing the great wall.

Our trip was booked well in advance, back in June, and was set up with Captain Scott.

I know what your thinking, and NO he did not have a first mate named Spock,Kirk or Zulu!!

When we arrived at the docks, I was somewhat disappointed to find that our thirty foot, twin dieseled cabin cruiser was not named the ss Enterprise, and that the "Mako" was the boats given name. This would certainly mess up my plans to spend the day asking for Captain Scott to "give us more power Scotty".

Probably just as well.

When it comes to ocean fishing-- size matters, and for my taste--smaller is better.

I know, go figure, but if I have a choice between fishing on a cattle antidepressant or something like the "Mako"--which basically holds six fishermen-- I'll take the smaller boat every time. Unless of course we are heading hundreds of miles out to sea and harpooning Sperm whales, in which case give me the Queen Mary every time.

It is early morning, and Captain Scott arrives at the boat toteing various boxes of herring for bait. If he'd brought crackers and some sour cream I might have sampled the bait myself just to get the day started right.

We met our other fellow fishermen, and women for the day. A couple from Ohio who have fished with Captain Scott before, and some acquaintences of his from Fairbanks. They have come to the coast to get out of the smoke and fires that are burning in the interior. They have also fished with the good Captain before. This is a good sign, since I always figure that "guides from hell" don't get much repeat business!!

It doesn't take long before we are out of the harbor and on our way.

The weather forecast is for a beautiful day and it is starting out that way. Captain Scott pulls out his Homer Jackpot Halibut Derby ticket book and gets us all entered into the five month contest that gives out some healthy cash prizes. He doesn't exactly threaten to throw us overboard if we don't enter, but one does not want to upset the Captain so early.

Especially when he has a shotgun over in the corner.

We travel about an hour out of Homer. The ride and scenery is of course spectacular. Captain Scott gives us some history and geography lessons on the Kachemak bay area as well as talking about how the fishing has been going, telling us how many years he has been fishing for Halibut and some other interesting Homeresque tid bits.Things like: he is coaching his son in football, (which he says is the last thing he ever expected to be doing);how he moved here over twenty years ago from California, and talking about people and places around Homer which brings a touch of personalization that makes you feel like he knows every citizen in Alaska. This of course is a stark contrast to "Oscar"- the Silver fishing guide from hell- and helps to restore my faith in guides.

At least so far.

Halibut fishing in these waters is all about tides and currents, and today is supposed to be some of the most radical tides of the season.

Figures!!

Scott pulls out our rods, which basically feel like pieces of re-bar, and have stout reels that have... like eight-thousand pound test on them with thin rope for leaders.

We're not fishing for Grayling anymore!!

The first spot is a bust, and I begin to fear the "good weather-bad fishing" jinx that so often happens in the fishing world.

The next spot I hook what appears to be a small Halibut, but lose the small "cabinet" door, somewhere between the bottom and the surface. Losing my first cheap Prozac is what happened while Silver fishing, so I get a little worried I might have a tough day at sea. Not to worry though, because at our next stop a couple of us hook up and land some small twenty pound "chickens" that help us to get the skunk off the boat.

Captain Scott pulls out the "marlin" belt now that he is feeling more confident that we are going to find fish. Just in case we hook into one of those three hundred pound derby fish.

Halibut, are just about one of the goofiest looking fish you will find. Luckily, having a five year old daughter that plays with playdough all the time, makes it look fairly normal to me. Now I realize she is one of the youngest Halibut sculptors around, and the flattened "patty" like fish with eyes both on one side makes perfect sense to me. You kind of get the feeling that these fish are like sea dwelling couch potatoes, laying on the bottom of the ocean, not willing to get off their "butts" growing large in one direction.( Kinda makes me wonder what future x-box players will "evolve" into??) It looks like if you glued two fish together on their flat sides, you might have a fish that looked somewhat whole and normal.

Nonetheless, they sure are tasty, although I am told that remortgage loans they go over seventy five to eighty pounds they are not quite good to eat.

The fishing is by no means easy today, and we have to work to catch our fish. It seems we are always just missing the optimum tides and reaching our new fishing spots either at full flood or completely void of current.

Still, we all catch some twenty pounders and add ling cod, rockfish, dog shark, and some silvers to our Alaskan sampler plate.

The belt and the shotgun remain unused.

For those of you unfamiliar with Halibut fishing, you are probably scratching your head wondering "what the heck does a shotgun have to do with Halibut fishing?"

Although, Halibut don't put up much of a fight when first rousted from their couch potato existence, when they are tossed into a boat things change.

Suddenly, when brought aboard a boat after being hoisted from the sea--usually by gaff-- the Halibut begin to thrash and kick about, as if someone has stole their Cheetoh bag, or the remote control has dropped to the floor.

NOW, there is reason to fight!!

With the smaller fish it usually is not a problem, but after the Halibut reaches about one hundred pounds, the thrashing and flopping has been known to break legs, knock people down and wreak general havoc and chaos aboard a boat. Thus, the handy shotgun, usually a .410 or a .22 caliber rifle, is used to put an early end to the thrashing.

Preferably in the water.

Of course, there have been some on board shootings that have taken place, which as a general rule have a tendancy to cause more damage to the boat then harm to the Halibut.

Things get pretty slow for awhile and it looks like it will be a pretty slim day. Captain Scott is getting a little frustrated and tired of re-baiting and untangling crossed lines and begins to look like a guy who is thinking of football plays. Finally, I hook and land a thirty five pound fish that at least puts a small bend in the re-bar rod. Then after a few more small fish caught by Greg, I hook into a fish that actually makes a small run and feels much bigger. I keep reeling and pulling up as sweat begins to spew.

Definite barn door.

One of the gals asks if I need the "belt" and not knowing whether I have a tire or a big fish I say "not yet." I'm getting a little tired, but still the fish is making some progress as he goes into door mode. We see the fish coming to the surface and he is much bigger than all the other fish we have been catching. Everybody gets pretty excited and the usual helpful instructions of "easy now", "get him over here" , "don't lose 'em", and "maybe that mattress will fit if you stand it on end" are shouted about the boat.

Thanks for the advice.

Captain Scott tells me to hang on a second and he goes to fetch the shotgun--hmmm must be close to one hundred pounds. Either that, or he has taken a supreme dislike to me.

One shot and the fish is properly assassinated and ready to be gaffed and hoisted onto the boat.

Whew.

Turns out the fish is only seventy two pounds--but that is enough for me, I can't imagine what a three hundred pound fish would feel like. I'm pretty sure if I hooked a fish that big it would probably out live me, because halfway through the battle I would croak and be tossed into the ocean to make room for the fish.

I just can't imagine what a 450 pound fish--the Alaskan state record-- would feel online homeowners insurance quotes I'm just glad it wasn't me that had to haul it in.

Our day is quickly coming to an end, and Captain Scott starts talking about a quick trip to the "7-11" to pick up a few more chickens. I look around and see nothing but water so I am a bit perplexed--but when he motors into a well known area that is fully stocked with twenty pound fish and cattle boats, I know what he means. We get there, drop our lines into the water, spend a quick five or ten minutes in a fast fury catching four or five more chickens, and it is time to head for the barn.

We have our meat.

The ride back to Homer has us all basking in the late afternoon sunshine, discussing -yet again- the art of tipping your fishing guide, and how best to transport our bounty back to our homes.

We offload at the docks, and are told that the "buttwhackers" will be by shortly to grab our fish and turn them into filet-o-fish. Just in case you are wondering, The Buttwhackers are the fellas who "whack, stack and sack" your fish so all you have to do is stand there and look like the greatfish slayer that you are, while the fishing Paparazzi snap off memories of your adventure. The boys make it look easy as they "ginsu" their way through over three hundred pounds of fish in about the time it takes me to clean a half dozen trout.

Then it is off to Coal Point Seafoods for flash freezing and packing for the flight back home. While the fish are being packed we have no choice but to head to the legendary Salty Dawg Saloon, to toast our trip and read the thousands of "dollar bill" messages and names that are tacked up on the walls. The "dawg", was one of the first buildings built in Homer-back in 1897- and has survived many changes, moves and different owners to now serve as one of Homers modern day landmarks.

The fish packers at Coal Point have got it down to a science and our fish are cut, packed and frozen with enough dry ice to make it home.

Yes, it is time to head home. Eleven different types of fish, one hundred pounds of fillets, and a lfetime of memories from only one weeks worth of fishing.

A.J. Klott

Author, writer of fishing humor, and "fly tack" peddler. A.J. writes about the people, characters, and modern day events that surround the fishing world. It can give the receiver a little sense of being special and attaches instant ownership to a material good. If you are one of those people who dislikes it when a gift is so life insurance quote replaced, it can New Mexico Lemon Laws make it harder for the receiver of the gift to try returning it to the store.

Personalized gifts are car insurance comparisons in the business world, especially if the giver has purchased a lot of the same item to give out to clients. By taking the time to have them engraved with the receiver's name it helps to make the client feel more like the business cares. Typical personalized business gifts can be key chains, paperweights, towels, or bracelets and various kinds of jewelry.

Gifts can be made in the shape of the receivers' initials. Many will recall the key chains for sale in stores molded into the hostgator coupon code of the letters of the alphabet. It is a quick and easy way to give someone a personalized gift. On the downside these types of gifts have been available for a long time and lost some of their uniqueness a while ago. Personalized gifts can also be embroidered fabric or clothing. There's the set of handkerchiefs embroiders in the corner with a person's initials.

Personalization of a gift doesn't have to include the receivers' name. They can also be little messages or simply a, "from so and so" engraved somewhere inconspicuous. Many wedding bands and Hawaii Lemon Laws rings are engraved on the inside of the band with messages of love and affections. They can be a way of giving that someone special a little boost every time they look at the personalization. On a side note personalizing a gift makes it easier to identify if it is ever lost or stolen.

Mrs. Party... The problem is that few marketers have ever truly served a customer.

Throughout my years in business, I have had the opportunity to interact and develop a customer service philosophy. It is inherent that when you are in a service-based business, there will be times when your customer is compelled to offer you their feedback. It is Remortgage deals you do with that feedback that will shape the future and their impression of your business.

Upon reflection, most all of my interactions with displeased clients were not the result of a poor product, but rather a disappointing customer experience. Why is that? Because, product is not personal, customer service is. Briefly, I would like to share with you eight critical steps to establish a customer service culture.

1. clients are the reason for work, not an interruption of work

that sounds really obvious doesnt it? How many times have you gone into a business only to wait while anyone is on the telephone or busy doing some non-service task? Employees often lose sight of the importance of the customer and get consumed in lesser day to day tasks. Sure, there are tasks that need to be accomplished, but you cannot afford to sacrifice service to get them done. Good customer service must be a priority for you and your team. Without your clients, you have no business!

2. Train, train, and continue to train.

Cross train your entire staff to be able to assist a customer regardless of their department. When a customer becomes upset they want their problem solved not to be shuffled between employees that are not empowered or enable to assist them.

Offer continuous customer service training for your staff and once they are providing good service, continue to train them.

Utilize role play situations to assist your staff in recognizing and experiencing both simple and difficult service opportunities. If an employee has a level of comfort with a difficult situation, they will be able to better handle it.

3. Empower your staff to serve

Establish a system of resources for your staff to serve the customer. Allow them latitude to take the necessary action to provide exceptional service and resolve any issues should a customer become disgruntled. Create a structured system to allow your staff to serve clients.

Establish a discretionary budget that an employee may access to recover a customer before you lose them. I recently learned that a major hotel chain has a monetary fund available per year and per employee enabling them to go above and beyond to ensure exceptional service. that empowers the employee to right a wrong or create a memorable customer experience. I am not advocating large sums of money, but with regards to customer service, a small gesture can go a long way.

Ask your staff what tools would enable them to provide better service. You would not send a fireman into a burning building without the proper equipment. Failing to empower and enable your staff with the necessary tools to serve you customer leaves you with few options other than poor service.

4. Make service personal

Greet repeat clients by name, if possible.

Offer a handshake and introduce yourself. Creating service that is personal will not only retain clients, but assist diffuse difficult situations should they arise.

Thank your clients for their patronage. It really does make a difference.

5. It is ok to say Yes, even when you should say No

Support your staff when they make customer service decisions. In my business, it is my policy that an employee can act without concern for repercussion, as long as they are meeting a customers need. I have found that creates a greater willingness to serve the customer.

Often times you could say no to a customer, however, no can have huge implications on your business. Ask yourself, Am I willing to potentially lose 10 clients as result of that interaction?

6. Offer a solution

Shift from the problem to the process for resolution.

Offer a choice between several options.

Put yourself in their place.

Involve the customer in determining the solution.

Clearly explain any limitations that exist.

7. Recognize your staff members for outstanding service

Implement a customer service awards program that recognizes employees for exceptional customer service. Maybe you have tried these without success and do not believe that they work. I would tend to agree if the program were like most I have seen. Try something different; break the mold. One of my most successful clients offers spa treatments for his female employees if a customer goes out of their way to recognize them for great service. Another client provides his employees with a day off with pay incentive for every five unsolicited, positive customer comments that he receives. These are just a few examples that are outside the box. Be creative and generate a little excitement in your staff for customer service.

Take the time to acknowledge employees at staff meetings. persons want to leave their mark and feel that they matter. Taking the time to recognize them in front of their peers can make a real difference.

8. Ask your clients what they think of your service

The best way to find out if you are satisfying clients is to ask them. Formal efforts could include customer surveys, questionnaires, interviews or comment/suggestion cards. Informally, get out and talk with your clients and your staff. Ask them how they feel about service you are providing. Ideally, use a combination of both methods.

You may be thinking, Why should I go ask for trouble? Who knows what I might hear if I ask? That is the point. As you will see in the statistics below, most clients will not voice their disappointment with your service levels. They will simply leave and never return. If you do not ask about the quality of your service, you might make the wrong assumptions and feel that you can reduce service levels because you get few complaints and lead your organization into areas that turn off your clients or cause problems that you never intended.

On the other hand, asking your clients about their satisfaction sends a message to them that you care about your business and about them. While you might hear some criticisms, you might also learn what you are doing right and see what you should modify.

In addition to the information, you will benefit from the interaction. Every interaction is a customer service opportunity. Make the most of every and every one.

Most of us continue doing business with persons and businesses who give good service. We might not say anything, but we reward good service providers by continuing to do business with them. If the service is outstanding, we will probably tell our friends and colleagues about it. Likewise, when we receive poor service most of us vote, not with our voice, but with our feetwe just leave.

In the 1980s the White House Office of Consumer Affairs commissioned a report called the TARP study. The report revealed the following facts about unhappy clients:

96% of dissatisfied clients do not complain directly.

90% will not return.

One unhappy customer will tell nine others.

13% will tell at least 20 other persons

Superior customer service is one of the most difficult deliverables facing the business world today. Selling service is the simple part, delivering on that promise offers a tremendous challenge. So I ask you, what can you do to improve the service you provide? Implement these eight steps and begin to excel at providing a superior customer culture today!

Anthony Mullins - Elite Coaching Alliance 2005

Anthony Mullins is the President and Coach for The Elite Coaching Alliance. It's injury lawyers dream destination for many persons - there's nowhere that conjures up quite such magical and romantic associations. White bougainvillea-covered houses tumbling down hillsides to an azure sea, olive groves, glimpses insurance qoute ancient myths and legends, buy Viagra islands bathed in eternal sunshine - who could resist the allure of such a country?

Of course there are also more down-to-earth reasons for wanting to to purchase real estate in Greece. Greece seems to be a hot prospect for the property market at the moment. In the aftermath of the Olympic games and Greece's entry into the EU, a huge amount of building took place in the Athens area. Savvy investors are now looking further afield in the remote and beautiful parts of the Peloponnese and the islands. If the property is wanted for vacation rental purposes, there are popular areas here where you'll seldom be without a tenant. And for would-be property investors looking for an alternative to the uncertain US property market, Greece represents a golden opportunity.

So is it simple to purchase real estate in Greece? Well, Greece isn't the easiest place - but there's no reason why you can't do it successfully, as many, many foreign nationals have. The main thing is to do your homework and be aware in advance of the process, the legalities and the possible pitfalls, so that nothing comes as a nasty shock. Here are some guidelines to assist you.

First and foremost, decide where you want to purchase your loan consolidation education The land of Greece covers an immense area with an incredible variety of landscapes - island, mainland, coastal, mountain, urban, rural or village. Get to know Greece a bit before you start - that can only be a delightful process!

One important thing you must be aware of -- if you are not from the European Union (e.g. if you are from the USA) you need special permission to purchase property in certain areas of Greece. These are actually areas that are on the outside fringes of the country next to Greece's neighbors - Albania to the north, Turkey to the east and Libya to the south - and include northern Greece, Rhodes and Crete. In most cases, obtaining that approval isn't a major problem, but it's something you need to know about. And don't even think of trying to circumvent it.

Before starting the purchase process, whichever country you come from, you must obtain a tax number, which you get from any tax office. It's called the AFM (arithmo forologiko mitro). If you are from the USA or UK you must produce your passport and fill out an M1 and M7 tax form, to obtain the AFM.

Another requirement is that you must show that the finance you are using to purchase the property is legal. You are required to declare your source of income for the amount the authorities deem your property to be worth, and if the funds come from outside Greece you must keep a copy of the bank transfer and the "pink slip" issued by the bank. Any expenditure you can't account for will be assessed as "unreported income" and you will must pay the full tax on it!

You must also open a bank account in Greece, as Gourmet Products you actually purchase your property the money has to be transferred directly from a Greek bank.

Once you have made an offer on the property, the transaction has to be overseen by a public notary (symvoliographo). that official will draft a preliminary contract, at which point you must pay a deposit of 10 percent. that is not refundable unless the title can't be established correctly - part of the notary's job is to check that.

You really do need a lawyer (thikigraphos) - and one who speaks English. You can get a list of recommended ones from the British or US consulate. The lawyer should check that the property really belongs to the person who claims to be the owner and that he/she has the right to sell it. Greek houses are often jointly owned by several members of the same family, but the seller may forget to tell you that he only owns part of it!

You also need to employ a civil engineer (politikos michanikos) to check things like zoning laws (which tell you what you are allowed to do with the property) and make sure that the boundaries of the land actually correspond with what is stated in the title deeds. It is very much "buyer beware" in Greece.

Once the investigations are complete, and your finance is in place, the public notary will draw up the final contract. that has to be signed in the presence of the notary, your lawyer and the estate agent. Then the ownership will be transferred to you.

If that all seems a bit alarming, try talking to some non-Greek nationals who have already been through the process. They will be only too happy to chat to you over a few glasses of ouzo and you'll soon see that it's really not all that difficult!

But the main thing to bear in mind if you want to purchase real estate in Greece is, don't expect to find everything operates exactly as it does in the USA or UK. Spend time chatting with friends, sampling the fare in tavernas and absorbing the Greek way of irs help That way, when things don't happen exactly as you expect, you'll see it not as a frustration but as part of the charm of the place. And a few more glasses of ouzo will assist as well!

Elaine Berry is the owner of the Bizwrite Real Estate Service. One of the Refinance house ways to work the stomach muscles is to do resistance training of other body parts with exercises which work the belly indirectly.

What do I mean by working the stomach indirectly? sql server restore every exercise, you have the main muscles and you have supporting muscles. for instance, when you do push-ups, you're mostly working your pecs, but your shoulder muscles and triceps serve as supporting muscles and also get pumped. The stomach serves as a supporting muscle for many exercises. Doing these exercises means that you're flattening your belly at the same time that you're working other body parts. And it's often more effective than doing traditional stomach workouts.

Here are 3 exercises for a flat belly which I urge you to begin doing today:

1. Pull ups - the pull up is a massive exercise. It mostly works the back muscles, but if you ask a friend to place consolidate school loans or her hand on your abs while you're doing it, they'll report that it's hard as steel. That's because the abs are straining like crazy. Even doing 5 pull ups is more of a flat belly exercise than 50 sit ups. And yes, even women can do that exercise.

2. Push ups - When you're doing push ups you need to anti depressants sure that your stomach is tucked in. In that way, your abs are working hard all through the push ups. Regardless of the type of push up that you do: horizontal, elevated, or counter elevated, the stomach is still working. Push ups work your entire upper body and they're a great exercise to flatten your belly.

3. Pull down - that is performed by pulling down the pulley cable and is really a softer version of the pull up (yes I know it sounds weird but they do similar things). When you pull the cable down from above your head down to your waist, you upper body goes through a complete extension which means that your belly muscles are straining. once more, the belly serves a supporting role, but it doesn't mean that it's not straining.

Do these 3 flat belly exercises and you will see results throughout your upper body, not just your abs.

To read more about how to get flat abs, click here: www.squidoo.com/how-to-get-flat-absHow To Get a Flat Belly

John Davenport lost over 30 pounds in his twenties after being overweight most of his life. The video stream is produced with the same elements you would find in a television show, but without the commercials. The show features live music from an intimate studio room located at the home of one of the singers. It may provide guest artists and interviews as well as candid moments with the band. The end result matches virtually any artist profile show you might watch on TV.

The big difference is that that group did not pitch their show to a network. They fund the where can I donate my car themselves and archive the video for on demand viewing. that inspires improves list building efforts and reminds fans why they have loved that group for so long.

In turn the hope is that the music, interviews and behind the scenes stories about the music will encourage site visitors to either come see them in concert or make a direct online purchase of music or related merchandise. The feel of the program is a lot like watching a musical biography with the interactive bonus of sending them an electronic note or gaining access to other group information.

Everyday we hear of mesothelioma law firm and greater inroads that can be seen with video streaming as an alternative to traditional television. The interactive nature and portability of these video elements allow commuters to watch video streams on portable devices and can allow on line car insurance content consumers to download full episodes of their favorite shows or other content that is of high quality, but ONLY available online.

Do you think anyone suspected that mass media would be so completely altered by the advent of the Internet? It really has begun an incredible revolution in media product download. He did Tortilla Chips know what he wanted life insurance cover do and he did not believe Car insurance price quote he had the skills to secure even the most junior position. Today Herman is a successful software developer and about to be promoted to senior developer. He is the perfect example that it is possible to succeed if youre prepared to work for your success.

At the time, 2004, remorgaging was working for a business that needed to promote their internet on the Internet. I did not know much about Search Engine Optimization, but I knew that we needed to get some links to our site and that that could be a very tedious task. I asked Herman if hed be interested in a boring and low paying position and he immediately jumped at the opportunity and said that he would do anything to earn some money. I explained the situation to my manager and the business offered Herman R1000 per month for working 4-5 hours every evening and he accepted. For those of you who dont know the South African Rand, one US dollar is worth approximately seven rand, so R1000 is roughly US $140. Its injury lawyers 4 you for 4-5 hours per day.

I left that business a couple of months later and returned to work for them once more at the beginning of that year, 2007. On my first day back on the job I was pleasantly surprised to hear my manager praising Herman as one of his top resources and his most faithful employee. He said that if he had a problem, he knew that he could count on Herman to get it resolved. Was that the same guy who believed three years ago that he did not have the skills to find any work whatsoever? I could not believe my ears.

During the three years that I was away, Herman had used every opportunity to improve himself and worked ridiculous hours to prove his worth to the business while also getting an education for himself. Instead of spending the R1000 that he was earning every month, as most 19 year olds would do, he saved the money and paid for a Microsoft course to become MCSD certified. At some point the business got a small web development project which they were not really interested in, but Herman once more jumped at the opportunity and developed that system. That, in turn, opened up more doors for him and today he is one of the main resources at our businesss largest client.

Three year ago Herman had absolutely nothing and knew nothing about machine or the Internet. I remember watching him in the beginning as he searched the keyboard trying to find every key he needed to press. that year I had the pleasure of seeing his excitement as he bought his first vehicle and today he is far more successful than most of his friends. Herman is not a genius and he did not win the lottery or have his success handed to him on a plate. I hope my good friend does not take that as an bad credit equity loans but to me Herman is like a bulldog. He went out there and said thank you for that opportunity, now let me show you that you wont regret your decision. Although he had no previous experience or knowledge, he was given a small opportunity and he made a huge success of it.

I have only spoken about my friend Herman in that article, but you must be blind if you cannot see the message here. You are bound to get some opportunities in your life, even if it is a measly R1000 per month. Dont sit back and say thats not good enough or it will never work. Take every opportunity you get and give it your best. There are so many lazy persons out there that if you are prepared to work hard, you are bound to be noticed and given more opportunities.

Dirk Wessels is a machine planmer and runs www.jobs-at-large.co.zawww.jobs-at-large.co.za in his spare time. If you can learn to control your larynx, you Tegretol be singing like a pro in no time. It is responsible for making your voice sound the way it does. If you want to be singing like a pro, you need to comprehend larynx position.

As you use your voices, your larynx moves up and down. That is why some persons sound clear and crisp and others make a sort of nasal sound when they sing. It is all in the larynx control. Well, your voice will sound best if you keep your larynx centered.

The problem is that, when you sing, the muscles which are in charge of raising and lowering your larynx have trouble relaxing. So, particularly if you are trying to sing high notes, your tone will suffer.

To begin learning how to sing better, you first need to learn some larynx control exercises. The extra distance helps to amplify the sound waves and give you a better singing voice.

If, on the other hand, you were to say the word "nay" in a nasal tone of voice and feel your throat, you will notice that your larynx is forced upward. That will reduce the distance that the sound travels and cause you to lose voice quality. So, it is important to both comprehend how your larynx works and practice relaxing your larynx muscles, if you want to be singing like a pro.

There is a technique called speech level singing, which can assist you learn larynx control. The same goes for Black American youth! Wow!!! That was risky. One can get fired for saying such things. So LifeLock Identity Theft Prevention cover my buns let me just clarify that nothing in that paragraph had anything to do with race. Culture, not I.Q. or innate ability, explains that discrepancy. And if you really want to minimize free insurance quotes online achievement gap between Latinos, Asians, Whites and Blacks, you should read on.

Fifth graders in Taipei, Taiwan spend an average of quick quote car insurance hours a week on homework; their counterparts in Minneapolis spend slightly more than four hours a week on homework. In Asian cultures not having completed one's homework normally results in shame. Completing your homework is positively associated with academic success. Cultural differences provide a complete and satisfactory explanation term life insurance quotes to why students in Asian countries do better at math.

The concept that racism plays any part in the achievement gap comes from the twisted logic of education professionals. As much as anything, their thought patterns create the disparity. Educators' fealty to multiculturalism makes us unable to do anything but praise cultural diversity. however, at heart, these multicultural educators take cultural diversity to be very shallow. They cannot imagine that it could be so important as to impact something as fundamental as study habits or the love of education. After discounting culture as a factor, the educators correctly discount innate ability as a factor. And from here on the errors of their assumptions lead to more and more destructive conclusions.

After discounting culture and race as possible sources of the achievement gap, the education professionals still must find a culprit. Their solution? Institutional racism. that means that the achievement gap becomes proof of schools being racist. The other cause cited is poverty. But since that cannot have anything to do with culture or race, that explanation becomes proof that society is racist.

Teaching the youth of your country that your society is unjust and racist is something no culture that wanted to survive would ever do. Beyond endangering our society, though, it fosters anti-social behavior in youth. Would you work to fit into a racist society in which you have no hope of success? that attitude pervading the education environment largely explains why so many Black American youth consider studying to be "acting white" and giving in to "the man."

To assist, we need to be willing to take a culturist point of view, to consider that culture might in fact be able to impact achievement. Such an explanation would reinstate the vital connection between merit and achievement. Culturist interpretations of the achievement gap can prompt cultures to take a good hard look at themselves. Meetings and community based solutions net webhosting such as tutoring centers - could then be discussed as solutions. The culturist perspective has the merit of better reflecting reality than saying schools are racist against Latinos and Blacks, but not Asians and Whites. Beyond that, it is much more likely to motivate students and close the achievement gap than calling schools and society racist.

John Press is the author of Culturism: A Word, A Value, Our Future. Although most people with fine hair have little of it, there are many fine-haired people who are blessed with an abundance of strands. Because it is so light in weight, fine hair is often flyaway and generally works best with unlayered or minimally layered cuts that don't remove too much weight.

Medium, or normal, hair strands are those of middling width. These strands form the most common type of hair texture. Medium-textured hair is neither flyaway nor wiry; instead, it i hangs where it's cut to hang - that makes it well-adapted to all kinds of haircuts.

Hair that is fat is referred to as coarse. that type of hair is usually strong, home mortgage refinance tip to style, and may have a wiry look. While many people with coarse hair have a lot of cheap car insurance quotes strands, it isn't uncommon to find coarse-haired individuals who have so few strands that their scalp shows. Because coarse hair can have a bristle-like finish auto insurance rate cut too short, avoid styles that feature ultra-brief layers.

The circumference of a hair's individual strands Napa Valley Wine Tours its fineness. The diameter of a medium strand of hair is 0.004 inches (0.1 mm).

Hair volume

How many strands you have per square inch indicates your hair's thickness, which some hairdressers refer to as volume. To determine the quantity of hair you have, pull your hair back into a ponytail. If the diameter is approximately 3/8 inch (10 mm), you have thin hair;5/8 inch (15 mm), you have normal hair; and 3/4 inch (20 mm), you have thick hair.

Another way of determining volume is to check whether you can see a lot of scalp when your hair is wet. If you can, your hair is probably thin. Because there aren't a lot of strands to give it a full, fluffy look, thin hair has a tendency to hang close against the head, making the scalp visible. If you can see some areas of scalp, your hair's thickness is medium, which just happens to be the universal norm. If there is little or no scalp peeking through, you've probably got thick hair.

Hair of medium thickness works in many styles. Of course, hair's volume isn't the only thing to keep in mind when choosing a cut, but if yours is medium-thick, volume will be one less thing to consider. Because there is so much of it, thick hair often looks full even puffy - in the way it blankets the head. Adding layers thins strands out, giving a sleeker finish and helping locks lie better. When short, thick hair needs some layering; if worn all-one-length, tresses look mushroomy.

Read more on www.beautiful-lips.com" target="_blankSenegence lipsense and www.lipsdiva.com/" target="_blanklipsense

Otaku Nation: Anime's Effect on American Pop Culture

The modern age of Anime arrive in Japan in Apply for the Discover Miles Card today! 1960s, and over the course of the next decade or so boomed into the giant robot, space battle genre bender tax attorney we would soon recognize as the anime of today.

Evolving over the next 30 years or so, it reached a peak where it could begin mesothelioma prognosis overtake and become an integral part of other cultures, much like the Hollywood of the 1930s quickly grew to encompass the rest of the world and inform their pop culture. accident compensation claim the same manner, American pop culture becomes increasingly informed by the trends and cult response to anime.

Anime first appeared in the US market in the 60s with shows like Kimba the White Lion and Astroboy. However, the national consciousness as to where these shows came from as well as the poor marketing of the shows made them forgettable and rather than a jumping in point, they act as a nostalgic reminder.

When Speed Racer arrived, the beginnings of a true consciousness that Japan was creating something new and exciting began to set in. The popularity of Speed Racer was never that of its American contemporaries, but it created in a set fanbase the willingness to devour newer offerings later on in Starblazers and Robotech (a convoluted perversion of multiple animes, but still a relative success in the states). Still, the affect was mostly underground.

In the 1980s, the introduction of Beta and VHS made it possible to join together with friends and watch more varying forms of anime. Truly it was the technological revolutions of the coming years that would make it truly possible for anime to perforate the American entertainment bubble. When Akira arrived in 1989, the effect was palpable. Receiving only a limited American screen release, few saw it in initial release, but the copying of VHS tapes and word of mouth made it something of a cult sensation. Those that knew of Akira were fans for life, eagerly awaiting their chance to partake more and more of the growing trends out of Japan.

For Japans part, that era was a period of major expansion, a veritable boom in the business. The 1980s saw the success of shows like Gundam and Dragon Ball overgrow the national consciousness and become runaway sensations. The explosion of the manga industry before hand, with serializations of works by Akira Toriyama and Katsuhiro Otomo in the early 80s simmered in the youth of Japan and finally seeing the commercial possibilities of these works, creating in the process a major conglomerate of companies in the Akira Committee to bring the massive budget of Akira to fruition.

By the 90s anime was the mainstream in Japan, and the result was the ramping up of production and increased output of shows. In part because of the simple, streamlined art style, multiple artist were able to work on a single project and create on episode a week for years at a time, resulting in monumental runs such as the case of Dragonball (156 episodes) and Dragonball Gourmet Food Gift Basket (276 episodes). The ability to serialize and turn a story into something that millions of youths would tune into each and every week made companies billions (of yen) and secured the kinds of commercial sponsorships and funding necessary to undertake incredible projects that would require vast sums of money to complete.

Back in America, a few executives were beginning to see the effect these shows were having in Japan. Slowly and very carefully they began taking the most popular, Dragonball Z and Sailormoon for example and finding timeslots very early in the day, before the daily retinue of American cartoons, testing the waters of marketability. In 1995, the trickle of anime into the states was just that, a relative trickle. Sailormoon aired every morning in syndication, but chopped up and missing key seasons to relate the endings of important storylines. Dragonball Z ran an equally mild run early on Saturdays in syndication that was abruptly cut when the rights to the show were lost by the initial company and purchased by Funimation.

All the while, works from Japanese masters like Hayao Miyazaki were being overlooked, passing unnoticed through limited release in the states, while making him a God of his craft in Japan. All the while companies like Manga, Funimation, and Viz were buying up licenses and releasing little known, untraceable shows that no one knew the origin of. The shows were treated poorly, often dubbed and cut up to match American audiences. Viz even launched the first Anime magazine in 1993 with Animerica, primarily reviewing their own products but still giving a view of the culture that no one knew anything about.

But, in 1995, the release of the shows in America along with the premiere and rave reviews of Neon Genesis Evangelion in Japan, Otaku interest abroad began to spike. Otaku is a bid of a misnomer as its a bit of an insult in Japan, a mean spirited way to call anyone a nerd. Here though, it generally means a purveyor of Japanese pop-culture and with the Otaku so in style right now its less of an insult than a clique. The import and fan subbing of shows began in earnest via VHS editing software that few if anyone had access to. The early 90s was a time of massive growth of interest in the little known import of Anime though, and the American marketplace wasnt slow to react.

In 1997, television networks made broad sweeping moves to bring shows to the mainstream. The Sci-Fi channel had always had a small niche in its latenight line up for cult classics like Vampire Hunter D, but Warner Bros finally brought the genre to primetime. Funimation finally got their licensing figured out and Dragonball Z saw its triumphant return to the Cartoon Network, with new episodes to follow a year and a half later. And in 1998, a little known video game for the Gameboy exploded in the American market, bringing along with it its entire arsenal of marketing ploys, including the overwhelmingly childish, but enormously popular Pokemon anime. Finally, children across the nation were gluing themselves to the television set as earnestly as their Japanese counterparts had for nearly a decade before hand.

Miyazakis new film played to better reception, receiving a proper release via Miramax. Princess Mononoke was a success in the terms of the time, even receiving the coveted two thumbs up (let alone a review at all) from Siskel and Ebert. Films began to arrive in America more liberally, still finding limited release, but release at least. And the shows began to pour in. At the time, the fansub scene was more or less the only way to get access to some of the more obscure titles being released in Japan. But as the market boomed, so did the licensing by major companies, and it actually started to become illegal to fansub certain shows because they might be released by a company eventually.

Thus began the final and full assimilation of Japanese pop culture into American. The DVD format sped up the process, as more episodes of a show could be packed into a disc than a VHS and production costs plummeted, removing a lot of the financial risk of an untested foreign product in the American marketplace. Cartoon Network debuted its Toonami afternoon cartoon slot, in which they featured anime that had been around for a little while, but managed to appeal to a much larger demographic and spread the word about these great story driven cartoons from across the ocean. An entire generation grew into the growing popularity and became entranced by the epic storylines, amazing storytelling and ability to show in a cartoon what many considered adult themes and much more mature perspectives on things like competition and personal success. The Japanese ability to cross genre and the extremely high production values that started to go into shows made in the late 90s and beyond meant amazing shows that appealed not just to children but to adults and beyond.

What started as a crossover, slowly began to actually change the way in which Americans marketed their television to children. Shows with more adult content appeared, and in some cases emulated the Japanese format. The writers at Pixar crafted brilliant, more maturely themed cartoons without the silly musicals of Disney past, and Disney even dissolved their tried format in favor of more mature, complete stories. The devolution of American quality in cartoons though as they tryed to match the output meant even more Japanese entries in the market. Now, if you turn on Fox kids in the morning youll find over half of the shows on are animes. And Cartoon Network still presents multiple entries themselves, with more mature offerings in their Adult Swim block late at night. Spirited Away won the Oscar for best animation in 2003 and South Park, the quintessential American barometer of cultural trends at first knocked the trend with their Chinpokemon episode, later to embrace it (while still mocking it) via changing their own art style in the Weapons episode just a couple years ago.

Nowadays, youll find anime oriented t-shirts everywhere, an entire aisle devoted to DVD releases in Best Buy (compared to the one row only seven years ago) and the success of the Anime Network, a channel solely devoted to Anime programming. Magazines like Newtype, a Japanese trade magazine for the Anime industry is now translated and released in America every month with previews of new shows, and American directors like James Cameron are looking to direct live action versions of manga like Battle Angel Alita.

Now, we see new releases from Japan within six months, and the fansub community has to scramble to keep up with whats legal and whats not legal to offer via their online services. The internet itself has made it a huge community, where a show can be recorded on Japanese television, ripped and subbed, then uploaded within a couple hours for the world to view. Theres no lay over, and new shows are immediately available. And its evident in the universities too. Japanese is one of the most sought after languages, filling up immediately with a yard long waiting list every year, and more sections being added every year.

Japanese pop culture managed to tap a certain perspective that American counterparts were unable to do themselves and in so doing, cornered and grew in a market that few thought existed in America.

I'm a self avowed unemployed creator, working on semi-constant basis to try and overcome the need to go and work a real job. Test Bnorthcqsokifq and then check the answers at the bottom of the page:

Did you know that by learning just 3 $6.95 web hosting with Omnis! you can play hundreds of tunes?

Did you know that there are only 12 major keys you can play in, but you only really have to master one key to play most popular tunes?

Did you know that it is possible to easily match any melody note (tune) to a chord, my blog you can harmonize any note?

Did you know that Beethoven's Fur Elise and the blues song "Summertime" uses the exact same chords for the theme of the song?

Did you know that it is quite possible to predict what chord comes next in a song with accuracy approaching 85%?

Did you know you can use the same chords to play boogie, blues, North Carolina Lemon Laws age, gospel, pop, rock, jazz, country - anything except classical music? (And even some classics!)

Did you know that guitar chords are the same as piano chords -- the only thing different is the instrument and the resulting sound?

Did you know that hundreds of tunes use exactly the same form, so by learning that form you can know what's coming next in a song?

Did you know that by coming in through the backdoor of piano playing -- chords -- you can start making wonderful and satisfying sounds on the piano in just a few weeks instead of a few years -- even if you don't know Middle C from Tweedle Dee?

Answers to piano playing music questions:

True. That's because there are just 3 primary chords in any key -- like family members: Mom, Dad, Child. Get to know those 3 and you've got it.

True. It's like languages. It's great to be able to speak several, but you can get by with just one. I'd love to speak other languages, but I can get by with just English.

True. Every note is part of several different chords. So it is simple to harmonize any song once you know the secret.

True. Yep. They both use the A minor chord and the E7 chord in their themes.

True. I know that's hard to believe, but remember that music is based on math. Once you understand a thing called the "Circle of 4ths" it's a piece of cake. In fact, I can tell you right now that 85% of the time the G chord comes directly after the D7 chord. So next time you run into the D7 chord, you have an educated guess of 85% that the next chord will be some form of the G chord. (G, G7 etc.) If you're into amazing your friends, that'll do it!

True. Apply different rhythms to the same chords, and you have many styles of music! With the very same chords I can play boogie, jazz, rock, pop, gospel, new age, ragtime.

True. Chords are chords. Once you know them, you can apply them to any instrument.

True. Musical forms such as "AABA" and "ABA" are the basis of thousands and thousands of tunes.

True. Understanding chords and how them form the skeleton of music accelerates the learning curve exponentially.

The bottom line is that: Music is based on natural law and is mathematical in nature. Understanding is the key to both rapid learning and getting more enjoyment out of the process.

Duane Shinn is the author of over 500 music books and music educational materials such as DVD's, CD's, musical games for kids, chord charts, musical software, and piano lesson instructional courses for adults. Securing a job before a move to a new city or state is tricky, at best and downright frustrating, at worst. A good cover letter is sure to be a valuable tool. Long-distance job-hunting is an arduous task. Competing for available positions with local residents puts buy meridia online advantage squarely on Buy Cialis Jelly home team. The structure and content of your cover letter is crucial. Lay out in precise terms that despite the extra miles, you are more than worth their while.

Grabbing a hiring manager's attention from across the country is no easy task. A good cover letter reaches across that distance with a clear picture of what you have to offer. Cover letters are about introducing your skills and abilities. Adding personal touches within reason, serves to make the reader comfortable and interested in Hobbit movie more about the applicant. Make your first sentence count. A long-distance first impression must be more than just another first impression. It must be a lasting one.

Pick and choose the information you share in your cover letter. Too much information can make you sound needy. Save the semi-gory details for the interview and only share what you feel is relevant to your ability to do the job. Keep your private and home life out of the cover letter content. On the other hand, not enough information can lead a hiring manager to perceive you as non-committal. Smart businesses Espresso Machine take chances on applicants who "might" be moving in the near future. Neither option sells you as the attractive and competent employee that you are. Strike a healthy balance between pertinent and personal information, making your cover letter uniquely you.

Is there a specific reason for the pending move? If so, briefly cover those reasons in the letter. that lets the hiring manager know that your move is planned and that your intent is to find gainful employment. Clarify that you are doing more than just testing the waters and weighing the options. Long-distance applicants require the company to expend valuable time and effort beyond the norm. It is to your advantage to make it perfectly clear that you are moving not just that you are thinking about moving.

If applicable, provide specific dates for your pending move. Indicating specific dates shows that you are prepared for the move already. Indicate how soon you will be available to work upon completion of the relocation. Arrange times and dates that you will be able to travel and include them in the cover letter as well. A hiring manager will be impressed by your presence of mind in arranging a specific window of time to schedule interviews. Schedule that time several weeks prior to the move to allow for more than one interview if necessary. It shows that you are willing to meet the company more than halfway and that is a definite indicator that your interest is sincere and well-thought.

If you are relocating for your own reasons and you are footing the expense of the entire relocation inform the hiring manager of such in the cover letter. Relocation costs are a big concern for the company. If you stress that you are absorbing all the costs for the move itself, you easily increase your chances of being called. If the company does not have to worry about losing money the hiring manager is far more likely to proceed with the hiring process. Losing time has a negative affect on any company. Losing time and money is even more detrimental to a business's finances.

Use the cover letter to convey that you are more than willing to conduct the initial interview by phone. Give specific times that you will be available to talk uninterrupted about the position and what you can do for the company. Be sure to provide accurate phone numbers and make arrangements for a quiet place to talk for as much time as necessary. A phone interview is easier on the hiring manager and the applicant. A big plus is that it costs a lot less than a plane ticket for either party. If you sincerely demonstrate that you are more-than-ready to facilitate communication, the hiring manager is certain to take that into account.

Mario Churchill is a freelance author and has written over 200 articles on various subjects. Homes listed for sale stay for sale for 90 days or more, even after the seller lowers the asking price.

The sub-prime and adjustable rate market has created a domino effect within the housing industry. More homes are being flooded into the pool of available housing inventory with declining values. Georgia personal injury attorneys gives any prospective home buyer more options to pick and choose what they will buy and more negotiation power to deal with sellers who may not be in the best position to hold out for the price wanted for the house due to an inability to continue to make payments that have adjusted personal injury attorneys New Jersey well high or they are in the midst of a foreclosure.

It's a buyer's market and any seller wanting to quickly sell a home cannot just rely on the old traditional methods of listing a home for sale and having an open house and buyers then line up to purchase.

So what can a seller do to ensure the best and quickest chance to sell a home and get the best price? Below are some untraditional methods that should be considered and that have been bringing quick results. Note the emphasis is on non-traditional methods of sale. Sellers New Hampshire Lemon Laws get outside the Cmsghckumgwa and do things differently if they want better results. Remember Albert Einstein's definition of insanity "doing the same thing over and over once more and expecting a different result".

1. Stage the property. When a home looks like it is occupied and set up with appropriate furniture and etc., it makes the home much more appealing and motivates the prospective buyer to envision how the home would look if they lived there. that makes the setting seem as if they are already in the home. It also encourages an offer. If you can't stage it yourself there are professional stagers that are readily available and can help you get the most out of the staging experience. The writer of that article has used stagers to help in selling homes he purchased and sold. The most recent home stager helped him realize a profit of $61,000. accident attorneys Philadelphia in your area can be found by going to stagedhomes.com.

2. Offer real estate sales agents a commission of 7% if they bring a qualified buyer ready and able to purchase the property at the asking price within a 30 day period. Seven percent may sound like a lot but, if your home moves within 30 days, the commission is more than worth it in that market. The intent is to create motivation for buyer traffic. If an offer comes in less than the asking price you can always negotiate the price as well as the commission since your terms were not met initially. The point is to get offers moving on your property.

3. Offer seller financing. If your property has substantial equity and you can afford to carry a mortgage on a portion of the property, then help the buyer to buy the home with seller financing. that can be especially beneficial if, as the seller, you don't need all the money right now. In addition, it can help with any taxes that would have been paid had you received the money in a lump sum. that can also create an income stream for the in the future. By offering seller financing it expands the buying pool of possible buyers and can move the house much quicker. Of course, one must take precautions to ensure that the buyer is qualified and will be able to make the monthly payments as they come due.

4. Use government money to sell your home. There is an abundance of free money available for first time home buyers through several federal, state and local government entities for down payment helpance. Check with your city's local housing administration office. They often have a list or know of a list of buyers who have already been provided with down payment helpance certificates with values up to $50,000 or more. They are 49MHz, 900MHz, 2.4GHz, 5.8GHz, and Family Radio Service (FRS) band. Most recently the FCC added the Multi-Use Radio (MURS) service.

Back when consumer wireless products were first introduced, these wireless products used the 49MHz frequency spectrum. Early cordless telephones used that spectrum and it is still used by cheap baby monitors and other low-end wireless units. It has a short range and is prone to lots of interference. You wont likely find wireless intercom systems that use that spectrum.

Later, 900 MHz products using analog transmission technology arrived for sale. Neither the 49MHz or these early 900Mhz products have any form of security. Anyone with a device in the same frequency Nefazodone listen in to conversations. Newer digital spread spectrum 900MHz products divide digital transmission across a range of frequencies so other devices cant eavesdrop on your conversations. Wireless intercom systems use 900MHz and some communicate up to 1000 feet.

2.4GHz devices were next to market. There are a growing number of cordless telephones and other devices in that range. As far as intercom systems, video intercom systems are the primary users of that range. 2.4GHz is also the frequency range used by WiFi wireless data networks (802.11B/G) in homes and investmentes so products in that range can interfere with each other. However, the majority of people dont experience any dilemmas in mixing 2.4GHz systems. If there is a dilemma with an intercom system, it could be that the WiFi gateway reboots itself when the intercom is used or it could produce a clicking noise on the intercom system.

The setup for the wireless data routers allows you to select the wireless channels the router uses to communicate. If you experience dilemmas you could try changing the channels, but the dilemma with that is that many 2.4GHz devices use spread spectrum technology that enables them to change their frequency every second or less. They may use the entire 2.4GHz spectrum so changing the frequency may do no good. If you choose a wireless video intercom in that frequency and you have a wireless network, make sure you can return the intercom if it doesn't work for you.

The Family Radio Service (462-467MHz) is in the Ultra High Frequency (UHF) band and is basically an improvement to the old walkie talkies of long ago. These handheld radios are sold everywhere and used heavily so any intercom systems in that range would have to compete with these handheld radios (and anyone can listen in to your conversations). There are no know wireless intercoms systems that use FRS.

Now 5.8GHz products are starting to make their appearance in the cordless phone arena. No compatibility issues exist between 5.8GHz and 2.4GHz devices so no dilemmas should be experienced in mixing them. However, there are currently no known wireless intercom systems in that range.

The most recent addition to the wireless intercom market are products in the MURS range. MURS is a service in the VHF (Very High Frequency) 150 MHz Citizens Band radio spectrum. MURS has a power increase of three times that of FRS radio. And unlike FRS, you can add a larger or external antenna to improve range. If you want to put an antenna on top of your house, you can do it with MURS. Some antenna manufacturers claim an external antenna can increase the effective radiated power of a transmitter by a factor of 4. These MURS intercoms can transmit up to three miles, and perhaps more with an external antenna.

The MURS 4 Mile Range Intercom Addams Family is the wireless intercom you need if you have a large property or you need to talk between buildings. You can use a MURS to not only communicate within a home, but to neighboring homes as well. You can even add a handheld unit to your MURS intercom system so you can stay in touch away from your home.

You'll also see some intercom systems that claim to be wireless but they really use the power wiring in your home or investment to send and receive transmissions from the intercom. To use them, you just plug an AC adapter into the wall. These systems are very prone to humming or buzzing and are not recommended unless you are prepared to live with that possibility. They are typically the least expensive intercoms of the bunch.

Another thing to consider is what features you need. Some systems have outdoor intercoms to use at the front door or in other applications where a waterproof device is needed. One system even has flush-wall-mount systems so you can make your wireless system look like a custom installed system. You can mix these wall-mount intercoms with portable units. You'll also need to decide if privacy is important to you. If you don't want other people hearing your conversations, you'll need a system that provides digital security.

So the wireless intercom system you choose depends on the application you have, the wireless devices already in your home or investment, the range you need to cover, as well as your budget. But, once you choose the right system, youll be able to enjoy the convenience a wireless intercom system provides for years to come.

David Onslow is the marketing director at IntercomsOnline.com, which offers www.intercomsonline.com/wirelessproducts.htmwireless intercom systems including a www.intercomsonline.com/products/MURS/MURSbase.htmMURS 4 Mile Range Intercom. The average hip hop artist has got to be much younger than that. I am over Dark Chocolate hill according to Carol of the Bells members of the cool hip hop crowd. Maybe....or maybe not. Some of the most successful hip hop artists can still be relevant well into their late thirties, or even the early forties. The point I am trying to make is that you don't have to be a spring chicken in order to be successful in the hip hop business. All you need is the drive to move forward. Most people are just too comfortable where they're at to move forward.

I love hip hop music and the feeling you get just from being around it. One could almost feel the beats rumble through every inch of their body as they move in rhythm on the dance floor. A lot of people Batman movie love to be a hip hop artist, but just don't know how to start. Hey, I am no mogul, but one thing I can tell you is that a great jumping off point would be locating some catchy beats. With a little research you will find how easy ideas can come to you. In fact you can probably find some free hip hop beats on the Internet.

I remember going to a club once when I was younger and seeing the reactions to the different hip hop songs the DJ would spin. People went crazy every time a new, gripping hip hop record was played. I was fascinated by that. Here were a group of strangers who seemed to be united by their admiration for killer hip hop beats. I knew then that I wanted to be in the hip hop world. I was young, single and felt that I could do anything. Toss Across I told my uncle about my ambitions he introduced me to a friend of his that was a small time local record producer. I went by to visit We Need a Little Christmas and he gave me some free hip hop beats to back up the rap lyrics I had been writing. We had some great sessions but for reasons I cant remember, the Gourmet Cheese and I were never able to get a finished product. All I have left are memories.

Now, some 13 years later, I still wonder how far I might have gone. There is nothing to keep me from picking up where I left off so who knows, maybe I will dust off the brain and try and come up with some catchy rhymes and look for some free hip hop beats, ( I will try and start with as little money as possible just in case I am way past my prime,) and try my hand at an old talent. Wish me luck.

If you are serious about your craft, then www.myezaid.info/beats365Download Hip Hop Beats Here You will find hours and hours of every style of hip hop beat imaginable.

A Guide to Discontinued Wedgwood China

Everything has its day and its time, and Wedgwood China is no exception to the rule. Because the company is 250 years old there are patterns that were used to create dishware that simply no longer exist, but pieces Viagra Soft Tabs 30 pills @ 50mg here the dishware still do. People take such good care of their Wedgwood China and such good care went into their manufacture that many of the original pieces made in the very early days of the company are still in existence. The situation is that when people die, they pass their Wedgwood China collections down to their heirs. During the course of history, pieces break or go missing. Supergirl the value of a complete set Nefazodone back a long time is almost impossible to imagine. However, around the world there are organizations who try to match collections of Wedgwood to make complete sets. For later designs, it is easy to get fill-in pieces to restore your set to its original grandeur.

Wedgwood itself guarantees it will iron man comics its best to keep an inventory of all of its patterns on hand, to Mandrake root broken or lost pieces for customers who request them. But even these are not limitless and there are many of the countless designs that have run out and have become discontinued Wedgwood China.
